Humanset Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Humanset experience. We're confident in the quality and effectiveness of our products, and we stand behind them with our customer satisfaction guarantee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your first purchase of a Humanset product, simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date, and we'll issue a full refund for the cost of the product (less shipping fees).

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • First Order Only: The guarantee applies only to your first order of any Humanset product.
  • Purchased in the United States: The product must have been purchased directly from the Humanset website and shipped to an address within the United States.
  • Not for Resale: Wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • No International Orders: International orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • No Forwarding: Products purchased from within the United States but then forwarded outside of the US are not eligible for refunds.
  • Active Memberships: Products shipped as part of a membership that was canceled after being charged are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping fees.
