Humanset Shipping Policy

We strive to provide you with a seamless and transparent shipping experience. This policy outlines important details about how we process and ship your orders.

Domestic Shipping

• Shipping Options: We offer a variety of shipping options within the United States, including standard and expedited, utilizing multiple carriers. The available options and their estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. At this time we do not offer overnight shipping as the on-time delivery has been inconsistent from the carriers. If you need overnight delivery, please contact us to make arrangements.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the order, and shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 and on all subscription orders.
• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.  
• Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping options offer faster delivery times.
• Shipping Carrier: We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as USPS and UPS to deliver your orders.
• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if provided by the carrier). You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.   
  

International Shipping

• Availability: We offer international shipping to most countries. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted or delivered by your local customs office. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of their country's import regulations.
• Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight of the order, and shipping method selected. These shipping costs will be visible at the time of checkout. Please note: the shipping costs do NOT include any customs, duties, taxes or import fees.
• Delivery Time: International delivery times vary greatly depending on the destination and customs processing. Please allow up to 1-3 weeks for delivery.
• Customs and Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs, and we will NOT refund your purchase if you choose to not pay the import fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.
• Order Tracking: International orders may have limited tracking information depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
• Returns and Refunds: Due to the complexities of international shipping, all international orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  

Additional Notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events or carrier issues.
• We do not offer refunds of shipping fees if your order is delivered late due to circumstances outside of our control. You may, on your own accord, reach out to the carrier for a refund.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or issues.
